These times are good to challenge us to greater and deeper commitments to the Lord and His word. I want to give you some Bible passages and verses for you to look up. Write them on index cards. Have them always at hand. Start memorizing the verses so you can recite them and use them to ward off any stray thoughts. Nothing is new under the sun. The enemy will use any tactic that he can (except the TRUTH) to make us inept and weak. Hey, if he can get a whole educational system to think that we came from nothing and are nothing more than apes that have been around a little longer than the real apes, than he is really in the business of lies.

We have the Lord Jesus Christ and the truth on our side.

"For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer." I Timothy 4:4

"All things are lawful for me, but all things are not helpful. All things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any. Foods for the stomach and the stomach for foods, but God will destroy both it and them." I Cor. 6:12,13

"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled." II Cor. 10:4,5

"Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the AntiChrist, which you have heard was coming, and is no already in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is GREATER than he who in is the world." I John 4:1-4

These are just some verses to get you started. Start reading and underlining verses that you feel will help you in your battle against the enemy.

If you have any other questions or need any other support, please let us know. We hope you will update us on your progress.

With love in Him,

Sandra (and Arthur)
